I looked at the Hi-Res and swore I could smell the rubber on the tyres! Then as I was typing this my imagination tricked me into thinking that those vents on the rear (I have dual monitors) were flexing and breathing while she sat at a red light waiting to be unleashed. Sorry! TMI! I should have said warning first, "Man (and some ladies too) Fantasy!" Lol!
Congrats! It's the best looking Ferrari since the F430 Spyder. Highlights are the roof as a core element and the really wide rear. You may not see the exterior mirrors from the interior buts thats hairsplitting.
I'd like to see a new Lamborghini with the same passion you put into this Ferrari concept
Interesting mix between an Enzo and a P4/5 (especially the rear). The render is really neat, one of your best so far.
The model is nicely detailed, but the wheels seem too big for it to look like a real car. The wheelbase should be around 4 times the diameter of one wheel (or alternatively you should be able to fit 3 wheel lengths between the front and rear wheels. Real quick I'd say yours is closer to 2.5 wheels, although it's hard to judge without a side view. Yours is not far off the right ratio but it usually makes the difference between the Hot Wheels impression and the road car impression. Only 2 solutions to the problem: bigger distance between the wheels or smaller wheels.
Hahaha I should've known you better! I know your cars have exaggerated proportions but I thought it was quite a shame to have such a well resolved design and not make it look real. But it's your style and it makes your works recognizable, so I'll shut up and wait for the next renders hehe!
You're welcome. Some guys on ferrarichat liked the design, but J. Glickenhaus (owner of the P/4 by Pininfarina) thinks it's far from the final car according to he "knows something about aerodynamics." Personally I can't wait for the unveiling by the end of 2012.
