Just perfect, been trying for 8 hours to duplicate this lighting. You make it look so easy, care to share a tip on scene lighting ? I assume this is using radiosity with an HDR map or are you using traditional lights ? Is there a ref map on the car ?
For this scene I used an HDRI probe and a natural sunlight object to light the scene then of course Photoshop brings the render to life , for most of my scenes I like to use any HDRI that is at least 5000x5000 resolution and mostly clear skies becasue this gives better reflections not matter what time of the day the images was captured in Cinema 4D the natural sunlight object projects a nice natural sunlight usually afternoon settings look best with the warmer tones for me , I don't use a reference map on the cars my method/process is very simple no plug-ins , Photoshop is where the magic happens and the image comes to life , most of the time I will play around with the exposure and contrast and add some colour filters to get the desired lighting , just about all my pics follow the same process
Thank you so much for the reply. I had been fighting my software, trying to get color correct renders and thinking there was a 'secret' that I would never know. I read your reply and took one of my radiosity renders into photoshop and adjusted the levels and WOW. Suddenly the image came to life. Truly amazing and thanks again. If you get a moment, check out my latest submission, I posted a 3-in-1 image.
